We just sold our second house in Grand Junction and a townhouse and needed the money from both to buy in Fruita. I was worried the whole time that it wouldn't work out but she kept assuring me that it would work. She was right-both sold and closed a week before closing on our new home. It was great and she was so good at keeping me calm which wasn't easy. We would recommend her to everyone we know-she's the best!!
